What a Day! Celebrating WeBuyVintage's 1000th Roadshow in Beverley

We are still thrilled after an incredible day at Beverley Minster Parish Hall! On Monday, 23rd June, we officially marked a massive milestone in the WeBuyVintage journey: our 1000th Jewellery & Antiques Roadshow.

It was a day filled with nostalgia, community spirit, and some truly amazing vintage discoveries. We wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came out to make this historic occasion so special.

A Star-Studded Celebration

We were absolutely delighted to be joined by a very special guest for the big day. BBC antiques expert David Harper, known to millions from Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip, spent the day with us.

David was on hand from 11am to 4pm offering his expert opinions, and it was fantastic to see so many of you chatting with him and getting his professional eye on your unique items.

Treats and Treasures

It wouldn’t have been a party without the food! Guests enjoyed homemade lemonade and a delicious array of cakes throughout the day, keeping energy levels high for all the buying and selling. The "Golden Hour" between 4pm and 5pm was a particular highlight, as we handed out free ice cream to cool down after a busy day of trading.

Of course, the main event was the vintage treasures. We saw an incredible variety of items, from gold and silver to rare medals and toys. We were thrilled to offer instant cash for your valuables, with no auction fees or commissions attached.

To top it all off, the excitement peaked with our £1,000 Free Cash Prize Draw, which was open to everyone who sold £50 or more of goods. It was the perfect way to give back to the community that has supported us through 1,000 shows.
