Proud to be a people-first employer
We believe that to do great work, you need a great life. That's why we have built the culture of WeBuyVintage around our people. When you love your job, we believe it helps you to perform to your best.
Here are some of the perks we're built on:

Working together as one team...
Because our teams are often spread across the UK, we know how important it is to stop, reconnect, and celebrate are wins all together.
We believe that a team that laughs together, succeeds together. That's why we make sure to down tools and come together for two major highlights in our annual calendar:
The Annual Summer BBQ: when the suns out, we bring everyone in. Our annual Summer BBQ is a chance to fire up the grill and enjoy some well-earned downtime wit all of your colleagues.
The End-of-Year Christmas Celebration: we finish the year as strong as we start it. Our annual Christmas party is the ultimate sign-off, where we come together over good food and drink to celebrate our successes and close the year out as one.
A message from our founder...
"I am incredibly proud and grateful that WeBuyVintage has a reputation in communities across the UK as a leading and trusted buyer of jewellery and antiques.
In an era where everything is moving online and becoming increasingly impersonal, our growth proves a simple truth: people still value honesty, integrity, and a handshake.
We built this company on the belief that face-to-face service isn't just 'old fashioned'—it’s simply the best way to do business. Getting to this position confirms that our customers agree."
